We pride ourselves on listening and adapting to what our customers need and want.

In response to your feedback, we added our live support chat just a few months ago but now we have made it available 12 hours a day. You can now chat with the same friendly, expert staff from 5am to 5pm Eastern Time.

We found many of our European customers were requesting support in the early hours of the morning before we opened in New York, so to better serve you we now open 4 hours earlier.
